Disassembly of interior panels. Trim, exterior parts and equipment. Preparation for an armoring.
Suspension Components Reinforcement of suspension components.
Run- flats Installation of the run-flats devices.
Stitch welding of armored plates of armor plates in order to armor floor firewalls, roof, verticals, engine bay, Pillars, etc .
Reinforcement and Armoring of the Doors , installation of heavy duty door hinges.
Installation of Transparent Armor armor protection on front and rear windshields and side windows.
Fuel Tank, Battery and ECM Installation of the fuel tank, battery and ECM protection.
Re-Installation of original OEM interior panel and trim.
All vehicles are subjected to four categories of documented inspection for the time of chassis delivery to the finished product being shipped. These include receiving inspection, In process inspection, post production inspection and pre-delivery inspection.
