Armoring Process

Receiving Inspection

As the new chassis arrive at a manufacturing facility the vehicle is fully inspected for any damage before it can proceed to production. All ballistic materials are verified for ballistic integrity, third party quality certification is required before the materials are accepted into the warehouse to be used in production.
In-Process Inspection

Each vehicle is inspected at each of the designated production stage by qualified quality assurance inspectors. The inspection process throughout production stage is documented.
Post Production

Once the armoring process is complete, quality inspectors check the vehicles for Post Production Inspection. It consist of interior, exterior and rigorous road test to confirm the vehicle is operating at an optimal performance and ensure that there are no flaws or damages.
Pre-Delivery Inspection

Prior to shipment, our quality control inspectors thoroughly inspect the vehicle to confirm the accuracy of the previous inspections.
